Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree preferably in any discipline preferably in social science/Social welfare/ Psychology/Anthropology/Law/Gender studies.
∎ Post graduate degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Support in the response program to achieve the organizational vision, mission and program objectives.
∎ To implement project activities in the field level in coordination with entire Education, Protection, GBV and Skills (EPGS) sector staff in consultation with Project Manager and Sector lead.
∎ To ensure timely and proper implementation of prevention activities.
∎ To write up activity reports upon completion of every activity.
∎ To keep and compile all program data and Report of project activities.
∎ To keep all relevant document in organized way and ensure activity-based documentation.
∎ To keep all project documents as per project need and priority.
∎ To ensure project data entry in need basis.
∎ Assist to the project team to implement their work at filed level facilitators and outreach workers for greater ministry impact, in the community.
∎ Support to project team in desk work & paper preparation and collecting all the necessary information that need to help project team for maintaining liaison with CIC, Camp management agencies, service providers, community leaders and other stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.
∎ Fully support and assist to project team to raise PR timely in Provision, cash advance planning, facilitator’s remuneration & settle, coordination with finance, admin, communication & advocacy team, filed management.
∎ Coordinate with among the project staffs to ensure the standard for implementing project in emergencies as well as gender mainstreaming.
∎ Administrative support to project team to organize meetings with women, men and boys to ensure effective participation and support in the respective project activities.
∎ Collect all the field level data, monthly minutes, quarterly and annual project management documents including implementation plans and reports.
∎ Assist to the GBV sector and project staff to distribution process of NFI distribution with distribution team, govt. liaison, warehouse etc.
∎ Support to the project team to do activities planning, implementation, monitoring, budget burn & analysis, data keeping & documentation, report produce.
∎ Assist to project staff to organize for train women, men, community leaders, religious leaders, boys and girls on subject based as per need of the project.
∎ Safely link up survivors who wish to disclose and seek support for their GBV experiences with GBV case management services offered at the women space.
∎ Disseminate information to the community on where and how to report project incidences and encourage reporting.
∎ Document and share key project risks identified during implementation.
∎ Assist to do final printing/photocopy/ develop context specific IEC materials and messages to facilitate community level sessions.
∎ Assist communities identify their priorities, opportunities and resources for effective project implementation & response, participation and psychosocial project implementation.
∎ Assist to establish and liaise closely with other partners, agencies and local leaders regarding project activities to ensure a coordinated approach to project implementation, including participation in relevant workshops, meetings and to keep the Consortium Manager informed.
∎ Support to do emergency preparedness/assessments and response.
∎ Assist to the project team to do any cash advance, financial settlement, plan of activities as per direction/suggestions by the project coordinator/project manager.
∎ Assist to project team to do settlement with every activity with proper documents, training/event report, master roll, photos, bill/vouchers etc.
∎ Need to carry out any other necessary & required activities that need to support project team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Clear Understanding on the issues project has to work on.
∎ Knowledge on current development and emergence issues
∎ Good conceptual and practical skill to write project concept paper and design documents of the project.
∎ Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting
∎ Baseline survey, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools.
∎ Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs.
∎ Proven management and leadership ability
∎ Good communication and networking skill
∎ Chittagong/Rohingya language skills will be taken into consideration. Good command in English & Bengali, both written and verbal.
∎ Decision making and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation.
∎ Minimum of 3 years working experiences in the relevant field
∎ World Vision experience
∎ Must be willing and able to travel in camp location five days in a week.
∎ Project locations are in remote areas in refugee camp. Staff is expected to live in his/her based location.
