∎ Facilitate and implement project activities as outlined in the WAVE Project plan.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of services and interventions related to early childhood education, social and emotional development, and parenting support.
∎ Work closely with local communities, schools, and parents to foster participation and ownership of the project.
∎ Organize training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns for stakeholders.
∎ Regularly monitor project activities to ensure alignment with objectives and targets.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to the Project Manager and donor agencies.
∎ Coordinate with local authorities, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
∎ Support the Project Manager in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
∎ Assist in training community volunteers, educators, and caregivers to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood development.

∎ Organization Overview:
∎ The Association for Socio-Economic Development (ASED HABIGONJ) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities through sustainable development initiatives. With financial assistance from EDUCO Bangladesh, ASED HABIGONJ will implement the WAVE Project for 1 year (Anticipatory Initiative with Potential Extension) in the Sreemangal upazila under the Moulovibazar district of Bangladesh. The WAVE project aims to improve the quality and inclusivity of early childhood education for marginalized children. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Officer for the WAVE Project, which focuses on advancing early childhood development, community engagement, and education.
