Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience managing development projects, preferably in early childhood education or child development.
∎ Strong knowledge of social and emotional learning, parenting practices, and community engagement strategies.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in project management tools, reporting, and monitoring frameworks.
∎ Priority is given who have experience working with the Tea Garden community.
∎ Good command in English, MS Word, and Excel
∎ Have a valid driving license.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, implement, and oversee activities related to early childhood education development and parenting.
∎ Ensure the adoption of innovative and effective learning approaches that foster creativity and critical thinking.
∎ Promote social and emotional development among children through tailored programs and activities.
∎ Support educators to create nurturing and stimulating learning environments.
∎ Develop and implement parenting programs to enhance educators’ skills in supporting children’s growth and development.
∎ Facilitate community engagement initiatives to build awareness and participation in the project.
∎ Supervise and mentor project staff to ensure high-quality performance and accountability.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders, including local authorities, schools, and community groups, to achieve project goals.
∎ Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
∎ Take the lead in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
∎ Prepare and submit detailed reports to donors and organizational leadership.

∎ Job Location: ASED Habiganj (Habiganj/Moulovibazar/Sunamganj district) with occasional field visits to Tea Garden and other areas
∎ Duration: Up to 31st December 2025 (But highly possibility of Extension)

We invite applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Project Coordinator under the Early Childhood Education Project, which focuses on serving underprivileged children and their parents in the Tea Garden and Haor regions.
∎ Key Responsibilities: The Project Manager will be responsible for:
