Job Responsibilities:
∎ Screening at the community level among beneficiaries to ensure the WASH component and delivered efficiently that would bring a positive change to the lives of the beneficiaries.
∎ Organize and facilitate training for different beneficiaries and stakeholders in the field.
∎ Prepare, coordinate reviews, edit, and disseminate project-related reports and documents including IEC/BCC materials, progress updates, curricular, and other documents and reports.
∎ Promote WASH rights among community, local government and marginalized people.
∎ Track monitoring and evaluation of project activities, report generation and follow up.
∎ Produce and maintain records of the beneficiaries as member of the team, work collaboratively with colleagues and referral.
∎ Sensitizing and mobilizing community about the project and participate in the project activity.
∎ Contribute to the process of implementation quality programs and accountability is conceptualized effectively.
∎ Report to the project manager on regular activity and intervention.
∎ Meet up the requirement of donor and other stakeholder's visit.
∎ Any other tasks as per need or assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)

∎ Experience in donor funded project
∎ Experience in WASH project in RMG sector will get preference
