SAINT-Bangladesh is seeking a professional for the position of Project Coordinator for Strengthening Public Institutions for Assuring Excluding People`s Rights. The project is funded by Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF).
∎ Job Location- SAINT-Bangladesh, Project Office, Babugonj, Barishal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he is responsible to execute the project implementation according to the close guidance of project coordinator (PC);
∎ Assist PC to prepare plan, Budget and reports. On the other hand, S/he will supervise the front level field staff;
∎ Experience in training facilitation;
∎ Should be able to facilitate meeting, seminars and workshops as part of local level advocacy;
∎ Compilation, preparation and publishing of progress reports (Inception report, midterm report, final report and special report if required by the SAINT Bangladesh or MJF)
∎ Responsible to maintain liaison with local GO/NGO officials.
∎ Must stay in the working area
∎ S/he will be responsible for process monitoring of the project activities as indicated in the monitoring plan;
∎ S/He will also assist in conducting required needs assessment, survey, evaluation & related research as required.
∎ Will check staff monthly work plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 3-5 years practical experience at mentioned position and working with Union Parishod.
∎ S/he must be efficient on MS Word, MS Excel and power point presentation.
∎ S/he will drive motorcycle frequently.
Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)

∎ Festival bonus and others benefit as per HR Policy and budget allocation for Project.
