Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS), Master of Development Studies (MDS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the project activities in the specific working area in accordance with project designing.
∎ Establish Networking and collaboration with relevant stockholders at the project areas.
∎ Coordinate with different Govt. Officials at the project area.
∎ Establish trusted relationship with beneficiaries for bringing the desire impacts of the project.
∎ Facilitate and Organize training and other events relating the project.
∎ Assist in project Planning, Designing and budgeting.
∎ Ensure quality Implementation of the project.
∎ Regular Communication with different stakeholders at the project area.
∎ Ensure all Project reporting and documentation done timely.
∎ Make sure financial issues managed properly. Liaison with Head officer for record keeping and annual reporting.
∎ Any other works or any other duties relating the project as assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in working with Children and youth development project.
∎ Good Oral and written communication skills in Bengali and English.
∎ Willing to work in team and under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ As per Company Policy
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
