Experience:

• At least 3 years

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data science or related field.

• At least 3 years

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Data management, Data analysis and Reporting with National and International Organizations specially in humanitarian context

• Ability to work in a difficult and stressful environment, and to manage/deal with rapid changes to the operating environment.

• Ability to develop analysis in comprehensive reports.

• Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with field teams, local authorities, and local communities.

• Experience of working in Rohingya Response

• Good written and verbal communication in English.

• Ability to multi- task and oversee interventions in different field locations concurrently.

• Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as well as the ability to plan, take initiative and organize work independently.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Comfortable working in refugee camp settings and spending majority of time in the field

• Comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment

Key roles and responsibilities:

Qualitative and quantitative research:

• Develop ToR for conducting quantitative or qualitative research, data collection tools,

• Digitize the questionnaire using online data collection platforms e.g., KOBO, ODK, Commcare etc., XLS coding and translation

• Finalize the tool with feedback from Acted and programme partner
