Job Context:
∎ Implementation of Cox`s Bazar WASH Programme following Community Approaches to Total Sanitation.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until August 04, 2023.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead good hygiene practices and community engagement, through improving knowledge and changing attitudes.
∎ Conduct training and orientation on hygiene promotion issues for the project staff, volunteers, and CBO leaders.
∎ Extensive support to the Field Facilitator (FF), Community Mobilizer (CM) and Volunteers in delivery of effective community awareness programs.
∎ Capacity development, decision making abilities and functioning of the CBOs and WASH committees at community level.
∎ To develop and ensure longer term sanitation and hygiene promotion activities and support to development and adaptation of different methodologies.
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans and budgets for Hygiene Promotion and Community Engagement.
∎ Assist the team in overall planning, budgeting, implementation, and monitoring of the project.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with DPHE, LGIs, Education institutes & Health.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in the sector of WASH and Community Led Total Sanitation approach.
∎ Ability to speak in Bangla, English and Cox's Bazar local language (written/verbal)
∎ Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism

Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
