Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• 2 to 3 years

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a humanitarian/development sector

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Previous experience with humanitarian or development organizations desirable

• Strong organizational skills & interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate with both field teams, local authorities, and local communities

• Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as well as the ability to plan, take initiative and organize work independently

• Ability to develop analysis in comprehensive reports.

• Ability to multi- task and oversee interventions in different field locations concurrently.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working in refugee camp settings and spending majority of time in the field

• Skilled & experienced in community engagement

• Strong believer in a continuous learning process

Key roles and responsibilities:

Project Planning

• Prepare the work plan and time schedules for implementing the project activities

• Support in obtaining all necessary authorization from relevant local authorities and communications with various field level stakeholders

• Flag potential risks or challenges to project delivery you might see

• Contribute to develop project implementation SoP, Guidelines, project concept note for expansion of the project in other areas based on the lessons learned
