Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Thaingkhali, Ukhia, Cox`s Bazar.
∎ Employment Status : Full-time (Contractual)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support and monitor progress made through district level
∎ according to the work plan
∎ Facilitate review meetings with community health workers, immunization providers and their supervisors to review progress, exchange learning's and resolve challenges as needed
∎ Maintain program files both hard and soft copies for ready records
∎ Prepare and update stakeholders contacts quarterly basis and share with program staff as and when needed
∎ Support the preparation of budget and training materials at district and Upazilla level as needed
∎ Schedule and support visitors and coordinate field visits/meetings
∎ Draft/compile program documents, letters, invitations and correspondence as needed
∎ Work based in Cox's Bazar district with frequent field travel at district
∎ Other tasks as identified by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Technical expertise in FP and/or Maternal, Newborn, and Child health services
∎ experience in providing technical oversight in FP or maternal health projects or to community-based programs will be preferred
∎ Experience working in district and upazila levels and ability to communicate with local communities
∎ Experience in facilitation and coordination and organizing training
∎ Managerial capacity for project implementation at field level.
∎ Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and under pressure
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
