Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Thaingkhali, Ukhia, Cox`s Bazar.
∎ Employment Status : Full-time (Contractual)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will monitor the activities of the project and track performances against the deliverables timeline
∎ S/he will collect information through other project staff under different components and furnish periodical reports for the management and donor
∎ S/he will work on fact sheet development and program summary development
∎ S/he will coordinate with local partner organizations and their staff to ensure access to accurate and reliable information from the field
∎ S/he will assist the Project Coordinator and Senior management in preparing various reports and documents related to the project
∎ S/he will undertake field visits to check accuracy of the information generated from the field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Proven working experience in project/program monitoring, camp coordination, documentation, report writing for at least 3 years. Work experience in International development organizations and emergency response will be given preference.
∎ Excellent communication, and writing skills both in Bangla and in English
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion, gender sensitivity
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships within the team
∎ Computer software skill (MS-Word, Excel and Access).

Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
