∎ The Project Officer will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the project`s activities and tasks assigned to attain goals and objectives of the AVMCT project.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating and implementing team plans to meet project goals and objectives.
∎ Guiding the Community Mobilizers in implementing the activities at the specified time and taking necessary initiatives for their capacity building.
∎ Responsible for implementing project activities.
∎ Maintain day to day government liaison for smooth project implementation.
∎ Closely work with the protection actors in the Rohingya camp.
∎ Organizing and conducting trainings, meetings, seminars, workshops at camp level.
∎ Actively assist and participate in project events.
∎ Ensure transparency, ethical conduct and efficiency in project implementation.
∎ Preserving relevant documents (photos, video clips, case studies etc.) for future reference.
∎ Preparing of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
∎ Reports to project Coordinator any of changes which impact to the project implementation.
∎ Regular project site visit.
∎ Participate in planning for transfer/transition of achievements.
∎ Provide technical support to project team to achieve project goal.
∎ Contribute to developing operating tools for project interventions.
∎ Compile/ document lessons learnt and intervention model.
∎ Participate in the controlling of the appropriateness and compliance of the program operations narrative work plan and budget.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
