∎ Bachelor's/Master's degree from any reputed university, preferably in Social Science/Political Science/Development Studies or combination of relevant Education and Experience. Master's degree holders will be given priority

∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Islamic Banking, Micro Credit, Micro Finance, NGO
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality results
∎ Working alongside poor families to motivate them, train for jobs and trade, and helping them to form their business plan
∎ Reviewing project plans to ensure that they meet regulatory requirements and company standards
∎ Coordinating with project team members to determine how best to implement the project plans
∎ Communicating with senior management to ensure that they are aware of progress on the project
∎ Coordinating with stakeholders during the implementation phase to ensure that they are satisfied with the results
∎ Managing teams of staff members to ensure that they achieve their objectives within the timeframe established by management
∎ Taking action to identify causes of problems, possible solutions, and potential outcomes of various activities.
∎ Any other responsibilities as needed by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
