Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Program Management: Manage Zakat Foundation programs and initiatives locally, ensuring program quality and effective delivery.
∎ Office Administration: Oversee and manage the Bangladesh office operations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and donor requirements.
∎ Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations, NGOs, and government agencies, including the NGO Affairs Bureau.
∎ Reporting and Documentation: Prepare high-quality reports, documentation, and updates for the Country Director and the Program Department at the US Head Office.
∎ Field Activities: Coordinate and participate in field activities, including program monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Support in proposal development and resource mobilization efforts.
∎ Program Management: Manage Zakat Foundation programs and initiatives locally, ensuring program quality and effective delivery.
