Responsibilities & Context:
Content Creation
- Capture high-quality photos/videos of field activities, beneficiaries, and project sites
- Document emergency relief, livelihood programs, rice distribution, and other initiatives
- Ensure ethical representation of communities with proper consent and safeguarding
Editing & Production
- Edit photos (color correction, cropping) and videos (cutting, sequencing, subtitles)
- Create short documentaries, success stories, and promotional content
- Maintain branding consistency in all materials
Field Coordination
- Travel to project sites, including remote/challenging locations
- Coordinate with program teams to plan shoots
- Maintain and protect all photography/videography equipment
Technical Management
- Manage cameras, drones, lighting, and other gear
- Ensure secure file backup and storage
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools
