Educational Requirements:
∎ The applicants should hold a University degree in Social sciences, Education or International Law. Masters degree is desirable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Manager will ensure the project is meeting its deliverables and timeline and act as the main liaison for engagement with other project stakeholders in Bangladesh.
∎ The project manager will have the following responsibilities:
∎ Report writing
∎ Manage and coordinate project employees
∎ Manage and coordinate contractual workers to conduct surveys/FGDs and produce reports
∎ Communicate with WVUS and GWU regarding project/research related activities
∎ Ensure stakeholder participation
∎ Conduct workshops and produce reports
∎ Conduct pre and post training exercises

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient English communication skills (both oral and written)
∎ Advance knowledge of GBV concepts and standards, Gender Marker, CPIMS+ Red Cross and NGO Code of Conduct
∎ Strong interpersonal relationship and team building back ground
∎ Excellent analytical, documentation, problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
∎ Possess the ability to work with different partners, local authorities, local organizations and NGOs, to develop and maintain positive collaboration and relationship.
∎ Must be ready to work in a multi-cultural environment
∎ Familiar with WGS, community engagement, and adolescent engagement
∎ Appropriate communication skill and approachable
∎ Must have no history of violation of women and children’s rights
∎ Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment
∎ Working with computer data and data management
∎ Past exposure to work in GBV coordination
∎ Awareness of women and children’s rights
∎ Past experience working in team and collaboration with partners
∎ Project locations are in remote areas in refugee camp. Staff is expected to live in his/her based location.

Salary: Negotiable
