Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree preferably in Social Science/ Development Studies/ Law/ Management from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare DIP following the project proposal.
∎ Design training and Provide opportunities for capacity building to all the team on general interventions, among other relevant issues.
∎ Conduct regular supervision meetings with officers and other project GBV staff to ensure the quality and effectiveness of all the project interventions at the camp and host community.
∎ Periodically review the case file audit by the Case Management (CM) Assistants Officer to ensure that they are up to date and check quality and consistency of work.
∎ Ensure that the CM Assistants officer do follow up on cases and ensures all cases are managed within acceptable timelines.
∎ Work in close collaboration with the community systems to strengthen the relationship with the community in line with the referral system.
∎ Ensure internal and external referral mechanisms (with other sectors) are in place and cases are appropriately managed and followed up when referred.
∎ Ensure safeguarding compliance (this includes visitors and media protocols, partnering with communities and other agencies or CBOs and children participation) with World Vision's policies, PSEA standards and guidelines.
∎ Take lead in camp level implementation of program interventions, manage and support the Program Implementation Team, including Coaching with clear standards of accountability.
∎ Ensure field level coordination with other sectors such as education GBV, site management and Camp coordination.
∎ Collaborate with teams to generate activity concept notes and review financial reports to maintain accurate spending reports and up-to-date budgets even with manually.
∎ Work closely with other departments/team at BRCR such as SCM, Finance, Administration, Government liaison for smooth and quality of implementation.
∎ Communicate closely with WV German team and other units/team at Response Office as the Focal Point of the project at WVB side.
∎ Ensure all project activities and installations refer to technical guidelines and checklist, government standards and are aligned with internal and external Strategic Objectives.
∎ Ensure community level participation for men, women, boys and girls taking into account local needs.
∎ Coordinate and support establishment of GBV data base to contribute to the indicator reporting.
∎ Develop case management activities that mainstream child safeguarding while working with other sectors.
∎ Facilitate donor's field visit to ensure proper communication and relationships between World Vision and communities.
∎ Participate and review projects evaluations in close coordination with the internal and/or external evaluator.
∎ Ensure collaborative planning through the camp-level sector coordination meetings while working closely with GBV focal points.
∎ Ensure World Vision is appropriately represented during CiC meetings, CP focal point meetings, case conferencing, and DSS camp-level meetings.
∎ Ensure constant and transparent communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including community members, community leaders.
∎ Ensure WV participation in assessments in close coordination with the projects' teams to feed into design team during the drafting of the new proposals, making sure it matches with the program objectives and donor's requirements.
∎ Other task as agreed with the Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Specialization in Protection and GBV field.
∎ Proficient English communication skills (both oral and written).
∎ Advanced knowledge of Gender Marker, CPIMS+ Red Cross and NGO Code of Conduct.
∎ Strong interpersonal relationship and team building back ground.
∎ Excellent analytical, documentation, problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Possess the ability to work with different partners, local authorities, local organizations and NGOs, to develop and maintain positive collaboration and relationship.
∎ Must be ready to work in a multi-cultural environment.
∎ Familiar with WGSS, Case management, peace building, community engagement, and adolescent engagement.
∎ Must have no history of violation of children rights.
∎ Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina.
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment.
∎ Working with computer data and data management.
∎ Past exposure to working in GBV coordination or Protection.
∎ Awareness of children's rights.
∎ Past experience working in team and collaboration with partners.
