• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Master of Science (MSc)

• BSc/MSc in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biomedical, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or Health Technology.

• Project management experience is highly valuable.

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment

• Age At least 40 years
• Only Male

• Excellent communication skill in English.

• Good interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Having ability to build relationship with customer.

• Having ability to work in a team.

• Having ability of tour where and when necessary.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Experience in healthcare/medical equipment sector will be considered an advantage.

• Defining the project`s scope, setting clear goals and objectives, and developing a detailed project plan. 

• Building, motivating, and leading the project team, assigning tasks based on individual strengths, and fostering a collaborative environment. 

• Overseeing and managing all project resources, including human, financial, and time, to ensure they are used effectively. 

• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.

• Tracking project progress against the plan, monitoring performance, and implementing changes or corrective actions as needed. 

• Ensuring the work done meets the required quality standards. 

• Maintaining open and transparent communication channels within the team and with all stakeholders. 

• Evaluating project success, documenting key takeaways, and ensuring all objectives are met. 

• Lead project team meetings, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.

• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.

• Work with foreign Engineer when they visit in Bangladesh.

• Provide support and co-operation to colleagues and Sales Team when needed.

• Any other tasks assigned by top management.
