Skills:

• Strong leadership capabilities, ability to lead a team and manage multi discipline workers.

• Good oral and written communication, computer knowledge.

Education:     

• B.Sc. In Civil Engineering from any reputed university.   ·        

Experiences:

• 05-08 years in any reputed engineering firm or Real Estate Company.

• Experience in high-rise commercial building construction is mandatory.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Projects and Microsoft Office suite is required.

• Take initiative to mobilize the project and to take hand over from contractors.

• Coordination with the concerned person/dept. for drawing and decision collection.

• Monitor the work quality, site safety and work progress.

• Check materials purchase requisition, Contractor/Sub-contractors’ bill.

• Conduct regular meeting in the project with all stakeholders.

• Monitor all changes/modification of drawing for preparation of as-built drawing.

• Co-ordinate rectification/modification of works and document it, as required.

• Prepare progress report and monitor to complete within the agreed timeline.
