Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare annual action plan & and assist in developing required budgets
∎ Gather, modify & summarize different reports (beneficiary wise report, MIS report, Action plan, Work plan and others).
∎ Responsible for managing care specialists
∎ Assess skills of care specialists and care givers and plan capacity building activities.
∎ Will coordinate and implement Physical Health and Mental Health Camps.
∎ Regularly allocated tasks based on client profiles and interventions requirements.
∎ Will monitoring the work and quality of services by the Care Specialists.
∎ Will be responsible for conducting On-the-job training
∎ Will conduct regular supervision for care specialists
∎ Ensure time implementation of project work and coordinate accordingly
∎ Will be responsible for Client Case Writing and profile development.
∎ Will be responsible for developing SoP of the project and along with reporting formats.
∎ Should be able to find problem solutions in collaboration with team.
∎ Maintenance and development of good working relationships with the different authority/department of government/ national counterparts, concerned for issues related to security and other services. For instance, establish linkage with organizations like NIMH, Department of Social Services and Women and Child Affairs Bureau to obtain services, medicines etc. for the clients.
∎ Monitor budgetary expenditures and ensure proper utilization of fund.
∎ Will be responsible for all communications to project respective personnel from project’s responsible authority and other external relevant parties.
∎ Will be responsible for developing monthly / quarterly project progress report.
∎ Work with government entities in re-gaining clients entitlements such as disability allowance etc.
∎ Maintaining necessary progress records of clients with mental health needs.
∎ Directly getting involved with clients across different houses for rehabilitation focused activity.
∎ Liasing with other external stakeholders for service provision, job scoping etc.
∎ Take initiatives to start activities mentioned in the project proposal.
∎ Supervise project staffs and provide required feedback and guidance.
