Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reviewing the compliance performance of the assigned departments and programs
∎ Identifying the major risk factors of the organization via reviews and observation
∎ Preparing the monthly/quarterly/need basis report on the compliance performance
∎ Presenting the compliance performance to the compliance committee
∎ Ensuring all the assigned departments/programs have their functional SOPs
∎ Assessing that all employees know their SOP and notice via assessment
∎ Assisting other departments to develop their SOP
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
∎ Reviewing the compliance performance of the assigned departments and programs
