Job Context:
∎ Rights Jessore is a leading human rights organization in Bangladesh dedicated to protection and promotion of human rights, prevention of human trafficking and providing service to the victims of human trafficking. Rights Jessore recently awarded, Ashshash: For Men and Women Who Have Escaped Trafficking" a two years project is searching for competent staff to implement its time worthy project.

∎ Other relations in RJ : Admin and Accounts Officer, Manager-F&A and Manger-HR & Admin
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a Project team and provide professional and technical support to project staffs and other stakeholders of Ashshash project
∎ Overall implement the project activities based on the operational plan to achieve project target in time
∎ Ensure that project activities are implemented in time complying with donor requirement
∎ Day-to-day supervise and monitor the activities of counselor and mobilizer team in the areas to deliver counselling support to project beneficiaries
∎ Coordinate the overall case management (identification to reintegration) system of Winrock International
∎ Maintain close coordination with Training Service Providers (TSP) and Social Protection Partners (SPP)
∎ Coordination with other government and non-government service providing organizations to ensure service through referral
∎ Plan, lead and implement the awareness raising activities at community level
∎ Oversee the activities of CTIP activist group at field level
∎ Coordination with Government, Local Government, Counterparts, Donors, NGOs, other related stakeholders and Projects
∎ Capacity building of community and project staff to achieve project outputs
∎ Prepare quarterly and annual narrative report, financial report and variance report
∎ Develop and implement procurement plan and provide audit responses
∎ Support to ensure baseline, mid-line and final evaluation accurately done considering Winrock's and donor's requirements.
∎ Attend regular basis in Government meeting and other coordination meeting in working districts.
∎ Assist to monitor survivors progress through regular field visit
∎ Monitor program components at field along with training, workshop, meetings at different level and provide feedback
∎ Organize performance appraisal of staff as per their job description and design necessary action plan for staff development and implement it accordingly
∎ Setup files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
∎ Build and maintain liaison with Local Administration, Law enforcing agency, court and networks in line with human trafficking issues.
∎ Maintain the confidentiality of project document and organizational regulations and implement it at his/her jurisdiction;
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least five years of experiences in national and international level NGO/development organizations
∎ At least two years of experiences in managerial position preferably in donor funded projects
∎ Experience of working with survivors of trafficking or survivors of different types of violence
∎ Having good understanding on human Traficking migration, survivor of trafficking and social inclusion in development sector
∎ Working experience in project management, implementation, financial management, monitoring and evaluation
∎ Good communication, facilitation, presentation and representation skills
∎ Strong understanding of gender and diversity issues
∎ Sound knowledge in report writing and communication skills both in English and Bengali language
∎ Ability of liaison and networking with capacity in local level advocacy
Salary:
∎ Consolidated BDT- 40,000.00
