Job Context:
∎ Reporting to: Programme Manager/Head of Programme Implementation
∎ Direct reports: 3-8 staff
∎ Groups: Programme Delivery Unit
∎ Relationships: Private enterprises, project management, LGED/DPHE and other relevant departments
∎ Financial scope: As assigned or delegated
∎ Duration of contract: Initially for two years, renewable upon satisfactory performance and budget availability
∎ Nature of contract: Regular
∎ Grade: E
∎ Travel: Frequent travel to projects areas outside Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and supervise project team at field level those are working under the assigned project
∎ Manage contract with implementing partners and their staff at different levels to ensure their deliverables
∎ Coordinate the project implementation process in close collaboration with relevant staff and stakeholders
∎ Facilitate and/or strengthening the committee for pro-poor service delivery at project level
∎ Contribute to evidence generation for policy advocacy and development of knowledge products
∎ Build local level network with other NGOs, community organizations, banks and other relevant stakeholder
∎ Track project expenditure against respective deliverables and manage budget
∎ Support the capacity and institutional development process of relevant stakeholder and enterprises
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 07 years of professional experience in the development sector (preferably in urban sanitation, waste management). At least 2 years of experience in working with local government while implementing various development project
∎ Excellent facilitation, coordination, team management, reporting and presentation skill
∎ Dynamic and creative, keen to learn, can collaborate with multiple groups and inspire others, takes responsibilities for on-time delivery
∎ Fluency in English language and proficiency in computer application
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 110000 (Monthly)

∎ Other benefits i.e. Festival Bonus, Gratuity, PF, Insurance coverage as per organisation policy, subject to qualification and experiences.
