Job Context:
∎ Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) is a NGO is looking for a qualified Project Manager (PM) for `Integrated Sponsorship Project (ISP).
∎ Supported by: Plan International Bangladesh
∎ Job Nature: Full-time up to project period based on performance
∎ Job Location: Nageswari Upazila, Kurigram.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in managerial position. Must have to be sincere in protecting children, youth and women's rights. Working experience with National and INGOs. Proven experiences on program planning, implementation, budgeting, financial management, staff management, report writing, monitoring & evaluation. Clear conception/ understanding on FWC management committee meeting for functioning AFHS (Adolescent Friendly Health Services) Life threatening emergency treatment support for children & adolescent of Funeral package. Coordination meeting with Union Education, Health and Family Planning Standing Committee. Joint monitoring visit on AFHS from Division/District and Upazila Level Govt. Health & Family Planning Managers. Different day and week observant. Training on Gender responsive AFHS for Govt. Service Providers. Orientation on staff development of Partners includes program achievements. Development of IEC materials on GBV, CP and MHM for community awareness purpose. Training of youth volunteer on SRHR, Gender and Child Protection in emergency, Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Change Adaptation and Resilience. Quarterly review and sharing meeting with Youth Volunteers, Capacity building of ERT and staff of PIB and Partners on SRHR in emergency/DRM, International Day observation in schools. Capacity building of UDMC on contingency planning, girl's leadership, children and young people safeguarding, gender and inclusion. Computer skill on MS word, Excel, Power point and email communication. Establishes good relationships with stakeholders, works cooperatively with other departments, and maintains networks outside the organization. Adopts a team style, which adds value to work and reinforces good working practices. Integrity, transparency, proactive stance. Knowledge and clear understanding on Human Rights and child rights issues, rule of law system and child trafficking aspects within the social context of Bangladesh and/or of similar culture, social norms and practices. Candidate will have to mention their personal email address, mobile phone & Skype ID in the CV. Should have valid Motor bike driving license.
∎ 35-55 years, it may be relaxed for highly experience candidate.
Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary BDT- 56,612/-,
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 1 festival bonus equivalent to 1 month gross salary each
