∎ Professional Certification: Project Management (Preferred).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the team from the inception to continuous evolution to possible phase-out in order to create value and deliver measurable business benefits.
∎ Design, development, testing, implementation, enhancement and support of OIS Products, ability to manage and lead your team effectively.
∎ Play a leading role in the understanding of customer requirements, shape those requirements with appropriate solutions by using adaptable technologies.
∎ Develop product roadmaps with the help of key stakeholders and are responsible for the entire chain of each product throughout its life cycle.
∎ Ensure contribution for the successful planning of projects taking into consideration of resources and time requirement in achieving project goals, objectives and milestones and finally deliver solutions to customers as per contracts.
∎ Oversee day-to-day management of staff and physical resources and actively monitor and follow up progress of the team.
∎ Ensure that documentation of all products is up-to-date (e.g. Design documentation, User manuals, and "Technical Manuals") and are of sufficient standards.
∎ Attend project planning meetings, strategize project approach, resource requirements as per requirements and accordingly prepare testing, data conversion, training and implementation plan and ensure their timely accomplishment.
∎ Review the allocation of tasks to team members, and monitor and evaluate them regularly. Take appropriate actions if any deviation outside tolerance set in project plans are observed.
∎ Report periodical progress as per procedures followed in OIS.
∎ Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on SaaS base application development
∎ Minimum of 7 years of related experience, including at least 5 years of full-time, hands-on application software development experience.
∎ Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
∎ Minimum of 7 years of related experience, including at least 5 years of full-time, hands-on application software development experience.
∎ Understanding of software quality assurance principles
∎ Advanced understanding of data structures and algorithms. Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Excellent problem-solving skills.
∎ Professional experience analyzing code for weaknesses and errors, and overseeing plans to improve them
∎ Hands-on experience of at least 5 years with software development using PHP frameworks.
∎ Familiarity with distributed microservice architecture and distributed systems, particularly using cloud infrastructure such as AWS. Solid understanding of code version tools, such as Git.
∎ Experience in integration with 3rd party systems.
∎ Excellent knowledge of RDBMS, SQL and ORM technologies.
∎ Flexibility: Adapts and works effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups.
∎ Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires an evaluation of identifiable factors.
∎ Creative and Analytical Thinking: Able to simplify complex problems, processes or projects.
∎ High communication and critical thinking skills.
∎ Better knowledge in understanding the client requirements.
∎ Experience designing secure software systems based upon industry-specific specifications for Education management and/or Payment gateway is a plus.
