Responsibilities & Context:
Minimum 20 years of proven experience in infrastructure development in Building projects is highly desirable.
Minimum 15 years working experience of PWD, RCC structures, and Finishing & construction industry is essential.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans, schedules (often using Primavera P6 or MS Project), and budgets.
Ensure all work is executed according to design requirements, technical specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
Prior experience working on donor-funded projects such as ADB, JICA, or World Bank is mandatory.
Strong background in managing projects under FIDIC-based contracts.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Lead planning and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Manage multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
Manage contractual communications, claims, and variations under FIDIC or similar frameworks
Monitor construction progress, quality control, and safety performance
Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and strategic updates to senior management
Maintain professional communication and documentation in English across all project phases.
Resolve on-site issues and conflicts, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Manage and optimize the use of construction materials, equipment, and manpower.
Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and government authorities, to ensure alignment with project goals.
