Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide overall leadership and guidance to the project team comprised of multi-dimensional units dedicated to combating Covid-19, SRH and GBV and relevant protection services.
∎ Liaise with the project partners and internal counterparts to gather feedback and comments to support programme reviews and improve services.
∎ Perform the due administrative processes in line with the relevant organizational policies and gov't regulations.
∎ Design and prepare detailed monitoring plans, case studies, qualitative and quantitative reports, including recommended follow-up actions to ensure program goals are achieved;
∎ Ensure implementation and monitoring of the programmatic activities are delivered timely to the desired quality in the field and perform project evaluation at the end of its lifetime.
∎ Work closely with the women led organizations and their leaders to develop strategies for engagement in community mobilization efforts through accountable practices to create a protective environment for women and girls.
∎ Maintain consistent collaboration with government counterparts, UN agencies, Sectoral bodies and other humanitarian organizations to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
∎ Use radio programs and social media campaign on to sensitize, raise awareness on the issuesthose mostly require mass attention.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Any other duty assigned by supervisor/management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Strong mentality to work with displaced people as well as GBV survivors.
∎ Strong experience from a humanitarian/NGO setting with relevant professional experience in the field of sexual exploitation and abuse, protection, gender-based violence, staff misconduct and discipline, gender mainstreaming and/or humanitarian affairs.
∎ Excellent team management and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to adapt to changes and work in tense situations.
∎ Strong motivation and ability to undertake regular field visits and interact with different stakeholders.
∎ Ability to speak the local Chittagong dialect is an added advantage.
∎ Willingness and ability to work in the field directly with communities (camp setting and communities in the project field area)
Salary: Tk. 75000 - 80000 (Monthly)
