Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct field surveys for each lift project and assist the sales team as needed.
Monitor the installation process of each project properly to ensure completion of the project as per the prescribed Bar Chart and appropriate budget.
Complete the installation process of new lift projects as per the instructions of the in-charge and sales demand.
Allocate subordinate manpower as per the project and coordinate the progress of project installation with the allocated manpower. Maintain constant communication with the project subcontractors and coordinate with them to complete the project installation as per the prescribed Bar Chart and appropriate budget.
Prepare and maintain an installation budget containing installation cost per floor, team cost, and other costs as directed by the installation in-charge.
Maintain satisfactory communication with the customer with accurate information.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the installation in-charge and management.
