Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Food Security
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ a. Able to carry out planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the ongoing project, therefore requires frequent field visit and travel to central office.
∎ b. Having good interpersonal skills and are able to maintain liaison and coordinate with Government, donor and the networks through teamwork.
∎ c. Good facilitation and presentation skills.
∎ d. Able to work in team and lead team.
∎ e. Good reporting skills (written and verbal) in both Bengali and English.
∎ f. Having good understanding on budgeting and financial management.
∎ g. Able to work with vulnerable and marginal host community.
∎ h. Having experience in implementing community development approach.
∎ i. Able to ride Motor cycle and have valid driving license.
∎ j. Have good computer knowledge on - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using internet.
∎ k. At least 3-5 years working experience in relevant position with experience in Food Security, livelihood and Gender interventions under any development organizations.
Salary: Tk. 55000 - 60000 (Monthly)
