Experience:

Solid knowledge of Child Protection, PSS, LSBE, Play Pedagogy, and Case Management.
Skilled in project management, coordination, and implementation.

Project Manager will lead, monitor and evaluate the project specific CP activities which involves effectively manage and report on the specific project in line with the objectives, timeframe and budget. The Project Manager will involve in developing the budget both technical proposal and financial proposal. In addition, manage and train staff to meet standards, encourage beneficiary participation, liaison with component wise intervention of the project (e.g. GBV) and contribute to the overall implement and development of CP components.
Develop project proposal both technical and financial proposal for the integrated project e.g. integrated protection services;
Plan, develop and implement project activities in the specific camp/s under the umbrella of BRAC;
Implement and monitor the components of projects, in accordance with the project objectives, activities and targets outlined within the approved project;
Supervise and provide technical advice and support to the team for effective implementation of the project activities;
Represent BRAC in different sector e.g. Child Protection and GBV Sub-Sector and contribute to mentioned sector and working group in different consultation workshop, meeting etc.;
Prepare donor reporting e.g. liquidation report, narrative progress report of the project as well as develop programmatic report for different purpose e.g. situation report for CPSS and GBVSS, 5W report;
Monitor CP activities in the camps and impact of activities and propose adjustments of the project strategy where needed;
Establish and maintain effective working relationships and networking with donors and stakeholders;
Coach, train and mentor staffs with the aim of strengthening their capacity, exchanging knowledge within the team and providing professional development guidance.
Efficient in proper management of resources including financial, human and project assets
Ensure effective contribution in Budget Management and tracking, monitoring programme budget as per approved budget;
Contribute to develop Joint Response Plan (JRP) for child protection sector of BRAC and take part in Project Review Team (PRT) under the CPSS;
Ensure proper utilization of donor budget and resources including supply items including forecast and follow up on expenditure related to the project;
Ensure all requisition is timely made, purchased and delivered for the project;
Organize and ensure the field visit made by BRAC management, donor etc.

Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
