Job Context:
∎ An international NGO is going to implement a Health Program in Bangladesh. This health program is a health and social protection scheme (HSPS). This HSPS is supported by a French NGO, which specializes in the design and implementation of concrete development aid programmes.
∎ The objective of this Health Program is to improve access to care for urban slum dwellers. The HSPS is divided into four priority areas of activity:
∎ - Micro-health Insurance: partial coverage of health expenses.
∎ - Medical and Social Support: hotlines, home visits in order to direct beneficiaries as quickly as possible to the network`s health facilities.
∎ - Preventive Health: group training, home visits to improve the knowledge, attitudes and practices of beneficiaries.
∎ - Management and Strengthening of The Network of Approved Health Facilities: support for beneficiaries in health facilities, regular monitoring and evaluation of care and care providers.
∎ The mentioned Health Program is seeking a Project Manager to initiate and implement HSPS activities under the supervision and coordination of Health Program Management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in the recruitment, training and supervision of the program team (administrative and financial manager, facilitators, data entry operators, courier, medical officers, support team)
∎ Contribute to the updating and validation of the health micro insurance product and all medical-social services
∎ Take part in the definition and formalization of procedures (procedures for managing memberships, contributions, health care benefits, medical-social services, administrative and financial procedures, HR procedures, etc.)
∎ Conduct very regular field visits
∎ Participate in the analysis of results through operational and financial dashboards (use of the Information and Management System dedicated to activities) and the management of activities
∎ Contribute to operational and financial projections (budget, business plan)
∎ Maintain relations with operational partners (health facilities, hospitals etc.)
∎ Develop relations with national authorities, international institutions and other stakeholders in the sector
∎ Represent the Health Program in the various activities carried out

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in community health or public health will be an asset
∎ Desired management experience
∎ Excellent speaking and writing skill in English and Bengali
∎ Very good Interpersonal and Communication skills
∎ Advanced Computer Skill is a MUST
∎ Analytic Skills
∎ Team Management Skills
∎ Good Conflict Management skills
∎ Language skill in French will be an asset
∎ Strong motivation to work in Development field and NGO
