Job Context:
∎ COAST Foundation (www.coastbd.net) is a value based independent, non-profit and Non-Government Organization (NGO), participating in survival strategies of coastal poor. It believes in integration of right based approach (including advocacy) in micro finance, striving for people centered sustainable development initiatives, maintaining a level of transparency, participation, accountability, gender sensitivity and respect to human rights and dignity principles in management. COAST has also received the special consultative status of UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). The organization is seeking some professionals for below leadership positions for different projects being implemented in Rohongya camps in Teknaf and Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar.
∎ Base Office: Teknaf and Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience of working in a leadership position of a development projects in any NGOs. The candidate must have knowledge in nutrition and aquaculture and the skills of project management, preparing report, date line maintaining, team integrity, communication skills in English (listening, writing, and speaking), good typing skill in English and Bangla, advance use of MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.

Salary:
∎ BDT 50-100 thousand (consolidated) per month, mobile allowances etc.
