Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Agriculture/ ICT/Business Administration /Development Studies/Social science or relevant areas (Bachelor in Agriculture and masters in ICT, business administration also can apply)

∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall project outputs and deliverables associated with digital literacy, digital marketing of jute diversified products produced by local jute SMEs located in Northwest Bangladesh under an award/project of Practical Action
∎ Coordinate and supervise project ICT and other partner working under this project.
∎ Facilitate to formulate project implementation plan together with team and other relevant stakeholders and execute.
∎ Coordinate online marketing platform, development partners, local administration and other sector players for smooth implementation of various activities.
∎ Provide technical, management guidance, online off line training support to target groups, stakeholders and project partner, SMEs, Government stakeholders.
∎ Support the administrative process of the different units i.e. finance, logistics, field operations to run the day-to-day functions.
∎ Ensure project budget management, burn rate and monitor progress support to measure impact including donor reporting and regular communication.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years of experience in project implementation. Experience with jute value chain, agro-marketing and digital literacy would be appreciated.
∎ Candidates with sound knowledge on Agriculture, Jute value chain and ICT or online marketing/information management.
∎ Minimum of 3 years of professional experience (preferably in Jute value chain, ICT, agro-product tarde).
∎ Excellent facilitation, coordination, team management, reporting and presentation skill;
∎ Ability to work and lead a diversified team and meeting deadlines
∎ Fluency in English language and proficiency in computer application
∎ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and to set priorities.
∎ Good English writing, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team.
∎ Willing and able to travel independently outside station.
Salary: Tk. 73000 - 76000 (Monthly)
