∎ Drawing/design and estimation of infrastructure, budget management, communication skill at community and stakeholder level, knowledge of procurement process, experience in WASH sector.
∎ Drawing, design, AutoCAD, estimation, BoQ, reporting and documentation.
∎ Knowledge of 3D design application will be considered as added skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Produce appropriate technical & engineering sketches and relevant engineering drawing/designs and present to the donor’s for approval.
∎ Ensure quality construction of all water and sanitation assets, ensuring good maintenance and sustainable processes are put in place.
∎ In consultation with the project manager, manage the budget of the WASH section of the programs at field level.
∎ Identify gaps in the infrastructure in the project sites and recommend for appropriate corrective actions and follow up on functionality.
∎ Manage and monitor WASH related construction of the appropriate water and sanitation facilities, including development of architectural/engineering designs and relevant others following timeline of approved guidelines.
∎ Assist the WASH team in surveys, assessments, designs and supervise constructions of relevant facilities and other area where required.
∎ Maintain electronic and hard copies of all documents pertaining construction projects.
∎ Ensure optimal utilization of resources, cost effectiveness and accountability on site.
∎ Compilation and submission of comprehensive and accurate report (Weekly, monthly, quarterly) within the set deadline.
∎ Regular communication with respected engineers of donor organization to follow guidance.
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by management.
