Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Autocad design, Engineering Infrastructure, Excellent communication skill, Motorbike Driving, Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Planning and Designing, Project Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement project-related construction and maintenance works following the procurement policy and guidelines as appropriate.
∎ Prepare plan for executing the construction and maintenance-related works of the project and get approval from the authority.
∎ Produce new design and renovation plan for different water points, sanitation blocks, and latrines.
∎ Make structural analysis & design software and report to respective authorities.
∎ Coordinate with legal authority, local authority, and others as required for implementing the works.
∎ Prepare tender/quotation documents and circulate to among the vendors/contractors.
∎ Collect quotations, make comparative analysis, and process for final decision.
∎ Ensure quality of works.
∎ Follow the guidelines and procedure of the Donor and SAJIDA Foundation for the accomplishment of the works indicated in the project document
∎ Work with other team members to implement the assigned job effectively.
∎ Attend various meetings and workshops and get the commonly agreed decision implemented.
∎ Report and assist the project manager in achieving project goals.
∎ Any other tasks as needed or assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Working as Engineer in leading role in Development Sector/NGO
∎ Skill of AutoCAD 2D/3D will be an added advantage
∎ Valid driving license and Motorcycle driving skill
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 42000 (Monthly)
