Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or other relevant subjects with minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience preferably with Integrated Solid Waste Management. Candidates with MSc will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist and supervise the teams as assigned.
∎ Operate, maintain and repair any damages to create a workable condition in the waste recycling plants.
∎ Monitor and keep track of the ongoing-activities of the existing plant on a regular basis.
∎ Design and estimate engineering drawing for respective engineering interventions.
∎ Supervise installation of the components during the construction of waste recycling plants.
∎ Innovate new construction ideas and explore different technologies to increase the efficiency of the plant.
∎ Executes the project activities against the deliverables timeline.
∎ Assist Project Lead and senior management in preparing various reports and documents with qualitative and quantitative information on the ongoing construction works of the project
∎ Represent Practical Action in different forums, meeting, workshop and other events.
∎ Assist Project Lead in preparing the budget proposal and logistics for waste management: making and follow-up of core purchase order, quality control of material delivered by suppliers etc.
∎ In addition, s/he will be responsible to act according to the Project Lead.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Well conversant in English
∎ Interpersonal skill
∎ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and to set priorities.
∎ Good English writing, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team.
∎ Willing and able to travel independently outside station.

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 75000 (Monthly)
