Salary: Tk. 80000 - 150000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Only Male

The selected candidate will act as the Managing Director’s representative on project matters and shall:

1. Assist in planning,execution,monitoring and control of construction projects.

2. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and government authorities.

3. Prepare and review project schedules using primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

4. Monitor project progress, quality, safety and budget performance.

5. Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, tender documents and technical proposals.

6. Review engineering drawings, specifications and construction methodologies.

7. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.

8. Manage subcontractors and supplier performance.

9. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project reports and presentation.

10. Support procurement planning and contract administration.

11. Identify project risks and recommend mitigation measures.

12. Assist in business development, project bidding and strategic planning activities.

13. Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
