Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's/Master's degree from any reputed university, preferably in Social Science/Political Science/Development Studies or combination of relevant Education and Experience. Master's degree holders will be given priority

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): At least 5 years relevant NGO experience
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Project coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of project activity.
∎ Work closely with implementing partner organization, program and support staff including finance, administration to ensure the interventions are implemented according to schedule, budget, and required quality.
∎ Draft necessary strategic documents concerning project design, planning and implementation, such as results frameworks, work plans, project budget, logistic etc. As such, a strong command in English language skills are mandatory.
∎ Undertake day to day management of the project, including smooth project implementation, efficient use of resources.
∎ Ensure delivery of resources and results according to planned targets.
∎ Actively participate in all aspects of planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and project closure with emphasis on checking levels of implementation and re-orient the operation as appropriate
∎ Promote identification and synthesis of best practices and lessons learned for organizational sharing and learning
∎ Ensure capacity building of project staff and community leader through Community based protection mainstreaming, building recreational activities, and awareness raising.
∎ Ensure preparation and compilation of internal and external weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for programs, in collaboration with team.
∎ Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders (Management, NGOs, government and donors etc).
∎ Perform other duties related to the project as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in English communication skills
