Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in any discipline with at least five year working experience in project management and operation. Preference will be given to CHT local candidate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on PRA, networking, gender, food security project management (Planning, Implementation, budget control, staff management, Mentoring & Coaching), partnership values & principles and working experience with CHT ethnic communities considered as suitability of the candidature. Candidates from CHT will be given preference and he/she must have skills on quality report writing & speaking in English.

Salary:
∎ Gross Salary Monthly 32000/- (TA DA & other facility will be added as per policy)
