Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)/ Social Welfare/ Economics from any Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Coordinator are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the program
∎ Organize training, workshops awareness buildup, program documentation, and reporting;
∎ Work closely with various government and other relevant organization in order to prepare necessary paper work for various clearances, permissions, approvals and other legal documents that company has to obtain for running.
∎ Meeting with the Donor & Agency contact persons for mobilizing funds
∎ Maintain Good working relation with local government institutes, NGOs and other local agencies
∎ Have leadership skills to lead a team. Ability to work in team as well as independently
∎ Prepare progress report, future working plan, result oriented policy application, different documentation etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 05-10 years working experience with donor organization/NGO's/Multinational companies.
∎ The person/s should be smart and have well capable to work in any situation/challenge in Bangladesh or other country
∎ Excellent communication skill in English (Mandatory).
∎ The candidate should be positive attitude.
∎ Ability to prepare project proposal, making budgets command in presentation.
∎ Keeping contact, searching new donors for mobilizing funds.
∎ Preparing budget for project and analyze head wise expenditure.
∎ Review and analyze progress of the project and submit report to the management
∎ Carry out study, survey etc. on road safety.
∎ Liaison with government offices, development partners and NGO's concerned for road safety
∎ Good command in Road Safety issue,
