Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and coordinate implementation and networking activities as required by Organization.
∎ Supervise project staff and ensure in-time implementation of project activities with outputs and outcomes.
∎ Organize and facilitate seminar, workshop to influence stakeholders.
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly program report in English.
∎ Coordinate progress, process and output monitoring and keep update the management accordingly.
∎ Lead the project implementation process keeping with proper documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have at least 3 years' experience as a Project Coordinator at national NGO or INGO
∎ Knowledge on Microfinance program will be given preference
∎ Age 50 years.
∎ Computer skill in MS office Application
∎ Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with donors & partners
Salary:
∎ Around Tk. 50,000 to 65,000 per month gross. Salary package will depend on experience of applicant.
