Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh National Women Lawyer`s Association (BNWLA) is looking for a dynamic and self driven Project Coordinator to work for combating human trafficking and economic empowerment of the traffic survivors. The position of Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for overall project management at field level; s/he will lead the program implementation as well as quality delivery of the project. The position will ensure the processes and systems are in place to ensure the well-being of the organization, project staff especially those who are providing direct services or are in regular contact with survivors.
∎ Project Coordinator (PC) will closely work with the project Team, as required, s/he will be involved Planning, implementation, supervision, management, and coordination of the project to achieve the project objectives and results.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Survivor Identification and Enrollment
∎ Case Management with documentation
∎ Arrange Social Mobilization for combating trafficking in person .
∎ Update district level directory.
∎ Coordination meetings with service providers.
∎ Individual beneficiaries follow-up.
∎ Coordination meeting with TSPs.
∎ Identify CTIP activists from Upazilla CTC, Peer/Youth Leader, Influential leader and Anirban
∎ CTIP activists group formation meeting ;
∎ Capacity Development of CTIP activists on Human Trafficking, migration, Survivor service, Survivor identification, referral mechanism ;
∎ Arrange Bi-Monthly Coordination meeting for CTIP Activists;
∎ Arrange refreshers training of CTIP activists
∎ Arrange Community awareness session (POT/ Puppet)
∎ School / Madrasah/ College sessions (TIE)
∎ Dialogue with Union Parishad CTC
∎ Session with Youth and CBO (POT / Puppet)
∎ Interactive session with potential migrants at TTC
∎ Dialogue with Law enforcement agencies and Media

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in light of project implementation especially in the field of combating Human Trafficking, economic empowerment of traffic survivors and their job placement.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
