Experience:

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture

• Masters from any recognized university in Business, Economics, and Agricultural Sciences including agribusiness disciplines with minimum second class / division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in all academic examinations.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age At most 40 years

• Minimum 07 years of agro based project working experience in the development/business sector on results-based project management.

• Strong knowledge of agricultural value chains and climate-smart agriculture

• Understanding of market-based programming and livelihood development

• Project planning, budgeting, and implementation skills

• Stakeholder networking and partnership development ability

• Training facilitation and capacity-building experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving and strategic thinking ability

• Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Experience with donor-funded development projects (preferred)

• Age limit: Maximum 40 Years
