Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Project Coordinator for the Health and Wellness of Industry Workers, you will be at the forefront of designing, coordinating, and implementing initiatives that prioritize the physical and mental well-being of our industrious workforce. Collaborating closely with experts, partners, and stakeholders, you'll drive efforts to enhance overall health, reduce stress, and foster a culture of wellness within the industry. Your core responsibilities will be:
∎ Project management
∎ Partnership management
∎ Budgeting and financial management
∎ Project monitoring and evaluation
∎ Donor reporting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ A proven track record with 3-4 years of experience in effectively coordinating health-related projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of project lifecycle and management.
∎ Passion for advocating health and wellness, coupled with a genuine concern for the challenges faced by workers in demanding industries.
∎ Strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with diverse teams, stakeholders, and community partners, fostering collaborative relationships.
∎ An understanding of the significance of promoting well-being through innovative strategies.
∎ Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to enhance project communication and engagement.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
