Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Completed Level 2 & 3 under BTEB or NSDA caregiving curriculum (Must)
∎ Completion of Level 4 will be a plus
∎ Skills Required: English (Language), MICROSOFT OFFICE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct classes on caregiving courses, both theoretical and practical
∎ Develop class materials as per NSDA/BTEB curriculum
∎ A lesion with NSDA/BTEB authorities to conduct assessments and reassessments for trainees.
∎ Supporting weak trainees to better in the studies and practical lessons
∎ Taking a daily class and monthly exams on the theoretical and practical part
∎ Maintaining class attendances, trainees’ performance
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports
∎ Documentation of class progress and center
∎ Maintain a log of lab equipment, tools, and materials
∎ Enforces classroom protocols, rules, and regulations; maintains classroom discipline; utilizes effective classroom management techniques.
∎ Recruit trainees for courses, marketing courses for trades in different areas
∎ Prepare trainees for job interviews, application, and job placement
∎ Communicating with potential employers for job placement for trainees
∎ Maintaining official visits from donor organizations and government bodies
∎ Purchasing tools, materials, and equipment for lab
∎ Organizing events for trainees and special days
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
