Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters with honors in Fishery/Marine Science from any Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience of working in a leadership position of a development project related to aquaculture /nutrition in any NGOs. The candidate must have knowledge in nutrition and aquaculture and the skills of project management, preparing report, date line maintaining, team integrity, communication skills in English (listening, writing and speaking), good typing skill in English and Bangla, advance use of MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.

Salary:
∎ BDT 60 thousand (consolidated) per month plus two festival allowances (each is 50% of total salary), mobile allowances etc. as per organizational policy.
