Job Context:
∎ The Project Coordinator is one of the most important executive positions in the Strengthen civil society and public institutions to address combating gender-based violence Project as S/he is responsible for managing the team to ensure the full and efficient implementation in this job the PC will delegate key tasks to the members of his/her team, mentor them in their work and utilize the human resources in the project`s cross-cutting teams to address needs as necessary. S/He will also have control of the managerial, administrative and financial aspects of the project. The main responsibilities of the Project Coordinator are to ensure effective and successful planning, implementation of the project.
∎ The PC will establish good relations and liaison with local government, public institutions and other service providers/ stakeholders relevant to line agencies active in the area in addition to project related tasks, the PC is responsible for complying with organization reporting requirements and procedures.
∎ This Employment contract will be Six(6) months period.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Planning & Monitoring: 1. Detailed planning and budgeting of project activities, 2. Planning for monitoring, evaluation and documentation of project, 3. Development and replication of models.
∎ Coordination & Communication:1. Communication and coordination with project management. 2. Coordination, liaison & networking with partners, government representatives, local elected bodies, national and international NGOs and others actors, 3. Lead local and national level advocacy process 4. Linkage with multi stakeholders for referral mechanism.5. Regular visit at project sites/location, 6. Assist program staffs in planning, implementing and review of project activities, ensuring adherence to technical standards, learning and good practices.
∎ Capacity Building: 1. Staff capacity development, 2. Capacity develop of constituents
∎ Finance and Administrative:1. Maintain compliance, rules and regulations (financial and administrative) of partner and organization, 2. Support to Accounts and Admin section in financial and logistics management, 3. Support to Accounts and Admin section in financial visit/audit .
∎ Monitoring & Evaluation: 1. Develop tools and ensure proper use of those for M&E. 2. Follow up the M&E observation. 3. Coordination of baseline, midterm and final evaluation process, 4. Ensure that all components of the project are monitored and the results are evaluated in line with the indicators
∎ Reporting & Documentation:1. Finalize monthly, quarterly, half annual, annual and project completion report of the project., 2. Ensure quality of process and learning documentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5/7 years of working experience in violence project/Development program in a managerial position, Staff management, and development capacities & social rights.
∎ A resident of Sathkhira or Khulna Division will be preferable.
∎ Proven experience on program planning, implementation, budgeting, financial, management, report writing, monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Computer skill on MS word, excel, power point and others.
∎ Experience on network/ linkage/collaboration with union / Upazila /district and national level network and like-minded organizations.
∎ Experience in working with upazila and district level government administration.
∎ Willing to drive the motorcycle and should have a valid driving license.

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 45980 (Monthly)
