Job Context:
∎ Project: ASHSHASH-Legal Services Provider
∎ Probation Period: 3 months
∎ Reported to: Director
∎ Employment Status: Full Time
∎ Job Location: BNWLA Head Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to oversee all project activities and acts as the focal point for the ASHSHASH-LSP project to government and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure program and financial management functioning collaboratively and in compliance with agreed standards.
∎ Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of ASHSHASH project deliverables, lead project planning, mentoring, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes etc.
∎ Assist to the project team and other stakeholders define, communicate and drive the strategic vision and goal of the program.
∎ Troubleshoot project problems, launch initiatives to reduce operational costs and defects, identify and implement creative solution for smooth project management
∎ Responsible for submitting periodic, activity, thematic and need based reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to implementation organizations management and Winrock International ASHSHASH-LSP project.
∎ Assist in manual development and facilitation of the training session for probono lawyers.
∎ Administrative and thematic supervisor and capacity development of project staffs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevance with 4 - 5 years' experience as Project Manager/Coordinator and minimum 12 years working experience in human rights-based development organization.
∎ IT literate with knowledge of MS Word and internet programs
∎ Able to travel frequently at different project locations.
