Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years working experience in Youth/Climate Change Adaptation /Governance related Program/Project as a team leader.
∎ Good Communication, presentation and session facilitation skills.
∎ Experience to work with young people.
∎ Coordination and maintain liaison with communities, Local government, local administrations, media, civil society groups and related stakeholders.
∎ Willingness & ability to stay and visit project sites (Bagerhat Sadar and Ramal)
∎ Ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate should have learning attitude, well behavior and proactive attitude.
∎ Ability to prioritize activities to act and decide promptly.
∎ Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Pro-active and participatory decision-making and problem-solving.
∎ Ability to communicate with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
∎ Good understanding on issues related to gender equity and protection.
∎ Ability to work with climate vulnerable area and multi diverse community peoples with close communication.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning, organizing and managing the project activities.
∎ Mobilize young people for taking youth led action on different social causes.
∎ Supervise and guide youth led organizations and groups and develop organizational capacity.
∎ Engage young people with various innovative activities to generate alternative solutions in terms of climate vulnerability.
∎ Collaborate and negotiate with local stakeholders for demonstrating the public service accountability tools for ensuring Gender and youth responsive public service.
∎ Conduction of youth led campaign and advocacy for leading the changes.
∎ Ensure mentoring support to team members along with young leaders.
∎ Maintaining relations with GO, NGOs, Civil Society, Professional groups/ Youth groups, Networks, CSOs, Media etc.
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual report.
∎ Ensure value for money.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor / management.
∎ Badhon Manob Unnayan Sangstha (BMUS) is a Civil Society Organization has been working in Rights and Governance based intervention at Bagerhat since 2002. Badhon (BMUS) is now inviting applications from suitable experienced and interested candidate to work coastal areas for filling up the following job vacancies to work in a Action4Transformation (A4T): Youth & climate focused project supported by ActionAid Bangladesh dealing Youth for rights, resilience and redistribution in fragile context at Sadar & Rampal upazila in Bagerhat District.

∎ Responsibilities:
