Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to plan, facilitate, and implement program activities in assigned project locations; identify and address implementation challenges, support problem-solving, and ensure timely delivery in alignment with approved plans, objectives, and organizational standards.
Develop and maintain effective partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, community-based organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen program implementation and impact.
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions, workshops, seminars, awareness activities, and other program events for staff, volunteers, community members, youth groups, and relevant stakeholders.
Engage regularly with community members, youth groups, at-risk individuals, and other stakeholders to support effective implementation of prevention and program activities.
Network and maintain constructive relationships with government officials, civil society organizations, community leaders, and other stakeholders relevant to Justice and Care’s work.
Represent Justice and Care in meetings, workshops, forums, and other external engagements as required.
Advocate for policies, practices, and approaches that contribute to systemic change and advance the objectives of Justice and Care’s programs.
Undertake regular travel to project districts and other assigned locations to facilitate, monitor, and support program implementation.
Prepare event reports, activity reports, presentations, and other program documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Contribute to the preparation of regular program reports for management, stakeholders, donors, and funders.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities, stakeholder engagements, trainings, workshops, and other events.
Support monitoring, learning, and evaluation activities by documenting program progress, outcomes, challenges, and lessons learned.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be assigned by the immediate supervisor or senior management from time to time, in line with the objectives and priorities of Justice and Care.
Key Working Relationships
The Program Officer will work closely with Justice and Care staff, community members, volunteers, youth groups, government officials, NGOs, community organizations, funders, and other relevant stakeholders.
